Tropical Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

1 cup mango

1 cup pineapple

2 cups Greek yogurt

Toppings:

Mango

Pineapple

Kiwi fruit

Shredded coconut  

 

Method:

1. Place fruit in a blender and pulse until smooth.

2. Add yogurt and blend until completely combined.

3. Pour mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper.

4. Add your desired amount of toppings.

5. Freeze until solid.

6. Break yogurt bark into pieces.

7. Serve cold and store in an air tight container in the freezer.
