Shepherds Pie



1 tbsp oil  
1.5kg  minced beef  
2 tbsp oil, extra 
1 carrot, chopped 
1/2 green capsicum, chopped 
1 onion, chopped 
2 sticks celery, chopped 
1  L  water  
150g MAGGI Rich Gravy Mix  
1  pinch  Salt  
125g butter  
1  pinch  black pepper, ground  
250ml  milk  
150 grated cheese 
2 kg potato, peeled and chopped

1. Heat oil in large pan, brown mince, remove from pan.
2. Heat extra oil in pan, add vegetables, cook 2 minutes, return meat to pan with combined MAGGI Rich Gravy Mix and water.
3. Bring to boil stirring, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Spoon meat mixture into 26cm x 32cm baking pan, cool.
4. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, drain, mash. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.
5. Spoon potato over meat mixture, top with cheese. Bake in 200°C oven 15-20 minutes until golden.
