Satay Meatballs

1kg beef, minced  
1 egg  
35g dried breadcrumbs  
75g MAGGI Classic Rich Gravy Mix  
40ml oil  
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
500g potatoes, peeled and chopped
500g pumpkin, peeled and chopped
750ml water  
100g peanut butter  
15g brown sugar  
10g curry powder

Combine minced beef, egg, breadcrumbs and MAGGI Seasoning. Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls. Heat oil in large pan, add meatballs, brown well, remove from pan.

Add onion, garlic, potato and pumpkin to pan, cook 2 minutes.
Add combined remaining ingredients to pan, bring to boil, return meatballs to pan, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
If desired, serve garnished with chopped coriander.
