Salami and Rocket Pizza

Salami and rocket pizza is easy and quick to make and tastes delicious.


2 x 26cm prepared pizza bases
2/3 cup tomato pasta sauce
250g Countrywide Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, sliced thinly
125g thinly sliced salami
50g baby rocket leaves


Preheat the oven to very hot (250°C).

Place the pizza bases on oiled oven trays. Spread the sauce over the bases then top with the cheese and salami. Bake in a very hot oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the base is crisp.

Just before serving, top the pizza with the rocket leaves and freshly ground pepper, if desired.
