Pulled Pork Sliders
480g pkt cooked ready pull pork
18 slider buns, cut in half
¼ small wombok, finely shredded
¼ baby red cabbage, finely shredded
1 granny smith apple, cored cut into matchsticks
¼ cup whole-egg mayonnaise
2 tablespoons coriander finely shredded
- Cook the pork following packet directions. Use 2 forks to coarsely shred.
- Place the combined cabbage, apple, mayonnaise and coriander in a large bowl. Gently toss to combine.
- Toast buns.
- Build the sliders by placing a small amount of the pulled pork on the bottom halves of the slider buns. Top the pork with the coleslaw then the top halves of the buns to complete the sliders.
