Pasta with Pesto Genovese



500g Barilla Pasta
190g Barilla Pesto Genovese
Extra basil leaves, to serve
Salt and ground black pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
100g grated parmesan cheese


Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to packet instruction. Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of the pasta cooking water. Return the pasta to the saucepan.
Add the pasta cooking water and 1 jar of Barilla Pesto Genovese. Add the parmesan cheese and olive oil, then mix well to combine. Spoon into bowls and top with extra basil leaves.
