Olive Pepperoni and Basil Pizza


2 pizza bases

100g pizza sauce

75g bocconcini coarsely torn

75g KR pepperoni

½ small red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup pitted Kalamata olives

2 teaspoon olive oil

¼ cup basil leaves



  1. Preheat oven to 250°C.
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly over pizza bases.
  3. Arrange bocconcini, mozzarella, pepperoni, onion and olives over each base.
  4. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  5. Drizzle pizza with oil. Top with basil leaves.
  6. Cut pizza into slices. Serve
