Lamb Bourguignonne


1 tbsp oil
1 kg diced lamb
20 button onions
2 rashers bacon, chopped
1 clove garlic, Crushed
200g MAGGI Rich Gravy Mix
800ml water
125ml white wine
20 baby carrots or 2 carrots, diced
200g button mushroom
200g peas 

Heat oil in pan, brown lamb, remove from pan. Add onions to pan, brown lightly, remove from pan.

Add bacon and garlic to pan, cook 1 minute. Add combined MAGGI Classic Rich Gravy Mix, water and wine, bring to boil stirring. Return meat and onions to pan, simmer covered 20 minutes.

Add carrots and mushrooms to pan, simmer covered 25 minutes. Add peas, simmer further 5 minutes.
If desired, serve with MAGGI Instant Mashed Potato, pasta or cous cous.
