Italian Meatball Bake
2 cups dried spiral pasta
1kg Colonial Farm Flame Grill Meatballs
1 tablespoon olive oil
690g jar tomato passata sauce
1 cup grated tasty cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Small basil leaves, to serve
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions until tender. Drain.
Place cooked pasta and sauce in a 12-cup capacity oven-proof dish. Toss to combine. Arrange meatballs on top of pasta. Turn to coat. Sprinkle with tasty cheese and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden and cheese has melted. Top with basil leaves. Serve.
