Hotcakes with Fruit and Butterscotch Sauce

Van Dyke Hotcakes

60g butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup white chocolate melts
1 large banana, peeled and sliced
1 punnet blueberries

Butterscotch Sauce
 
1. Place butter, brown sugar, cream and white chocolate melts in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted and the sauce is smooth. Add banana and blueberries, cook for 1 minute.
2. Warm hotcakes according to direction on pack. Serve topped with Fruit and Butterscotch Sauce.
