Choc Peanut Butter Yogurt Bar

Ingredients:

2 cups Greek yogurt

¼ honey

¼ cup cocoa powder

3 tablespoon brown sugar

Toppings

2 tablespoon peanut butter, melted

Pretzels

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt and honey.
  2. Add cocoa powder and combine.
  3. Pour mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Top with pretzels then drizzle with melted peanut butter.
  5. Freeze until solid.
  6. Break yogurt bark into pieces.
  7. Serve cold and store in an air tight container in the freezer.
