Chicken Waldorf Salad
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups Steggles diced cooked chicken
6 celery stalks, trimmed, chopped
2 granny smith apples, cored, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl. Add chicken, celery and apple. Toss to combine.
Refrigerate. Sprinkle with walnuts just before serving.
