BBQ Prawn Skewers

1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Mayonnaise 2 cloves garlic, crushed


1 teaspoon finely chopped Italian parsley
black pepper, to taste

24 green prawns, tail on
2 bunches asparagus, trimmed and cut into 5cm lengths
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons roughly chopped oregano leaves
Rind and juice of 1 lemon
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Green salad, to serve

Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, parsley and pepper then chill.
Thread 3 prawns and 4 pieces of asparagus alternately between the prawns onto a wooden skewer. Continue with another 7 skewers to make 8.
Combine the oil, oregano, juice, rind and seasonings and pour over the skewers, allow to stand for 15 minutes. Char grill the skewers on a preheated BBQ or grill plate until golden and cooked through.
Serve prawns with a dollop of aioli for dipping and a crisp green salad.
