Our History
Midwest Foods has grown from a small Dubbo wholesaler in the early 1980’s to a market leader in the food service field. Midwest Foods was purchased by Damien Mahon and his parents in 1992 with 5 staff and three old vans. In 2004 Toni Alderdice bought into Midwest Foods and became Damien's business partner. Today Midwest Foods has over 30 staff and a fleet of state of the art frozen delivery vehicles servicing almost one quarter of NSW.
Our vehicles travel 37,000 kilometres per month including several outlying areas where there are very few supply services offered to business. We supply over 3500 products, including frozen foods, chilled goods, dry groceries, packaging and paper and cleaning goods, to over 1100 customers!
Innovation, strategic planning and continual reinvestment in the business has seen Midwest Foods deliver continual growth year after year and offering opportunity and development for their staff whilst maintaining a passion for servicing the customers ever changing needs.
